We're thrilled to share that Hudson Valley Lighting Group has officially acquired Schoolhouse Electric, the iconic American design brand known for its thoughtfully crafted lighting, textiles, and home goods.
Schoolhouse will join HVLG’s growing portfolio of brands, with its lighting, textiles, hardware, and home goods divisions continuing operations under the HVLG umbrella, reinforcing our commitment to preserving distinctive brand identities while investing in long-term growth, craftsmanship, and innovation.
