How do I get replacement parts?
The retailer where you purchased your Hudson Valley Lighting Group product is a factory-authorized parts and service provider. Please contact your retailer directly for prompt resolution to your service issue.
Are assembly and installation instructions included?
Yes. Though we ship mostly or fully assembled lighting products, your new Hudson Valley Lighting Group purchase will include step-by-step installation instructions, along with all necessary hardware.
What is your return policy?
Return Merchandise Terms: No merchandise may be returned without a request being submitted on a Hudson Valley Lighting Group Inc. “RGA Request Form.” The written authorization will be issued at Hudson Valley Lighting Group Inc.’s discretion and must be requested by the distributor within 30 days of the original shipment date. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging. If, upon receipt and inspection, merchandise claimed defective is found altered or used, Hudson Valley Lighting Group Inc. will contact the distributor and advise of our findings. We will, at that time, request authorization to return merchandise to our distributor, as credit will not be issued. Freight will be at the distributor’s own expense. If after 48 hours we have no response, we will destroy said merchandise and send notification to our distributor that the merchandise was destroyed and credit will not be issued. All returns will be subject to a handling and factory inspection charge, except for products considered by the manufacturer to be defective in workmanship and/or materials. All new returned merchandise in factory sealed cartons is subject to a 25% restocking charge.
